What I can help with:
I’m passionate about helping children navigate their emotions, build resilience and feel more confident managing their emotions.
I can help students with peer and family relationships, behaviors, stress, anxiety, anger, depression, grief, and adjusting to changes. I offer individual, group and family therapy using approaches that include motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and attachment-based approaches.
I believe behavioral health services are most helpful when care is planned collaboratively with students and families. I work to support each student and family in reaching their unique goals in a way that reflects their values.
Personal Interests:
Spending time in the mountains, hiking with my dog
