Specialty Services
- School-Based Services – PHC provides behavioral health services to children and adolescents in their schools.
- Foster Care Clinic – PHC serves as a medical home for children who are placed in out-of-home care. We provide assessments of medical, dental, behavioral health and more. Our team can address many of these needs on the same day and will work with foster parents to meet the healthcare needs of the children in their care. This service is available at our Creamery Clinic.
- Reach Out and Read – This program supports early literacy by engaging children ages 0-5 in reading during well-child visits. Children get to take home a developmentally-appropriate book after each visit! This service is available at our Creamery, Lowell, Food Bank, and Seeley Lake Clinics.
- HealthySteps – This program integrates behavioral and developmental support as a part of well-child checkups for children ages 0-3. This provides families with helpful tools to foster the healthy development and life-long wellbeing of their children. This service is available at our Creamery Clinic.
OB & Pregnancy Care
