Our Partners

“Partnership” is not just a word in our name; it is the North Star that guides how we serve our community.  We are proud to collaborate with the following organizations to maximize the positive impact of our work.

  • Missoula County  Partnership Health Center is a division of Missoula County, County commissioner Dave Strohmaier sits on PHC’s Board of Directors, and PHC is a co-applicant with the county for designation as a Federally Qualified Health Center.

  • Family Medicine Residency of Western Montana   PHC serves as the continuity clinic for the FMRWM. Both resident physicians and faculty physicians from the FMRWM provide care at PHC clinics.

  • All Nations Health Center ANHC and PHC are, informally, “sister health centers” in Missoula County. PHC and ANHC support one another to maximize impact and provide access to high-quality, culturally appropriate healthcare to as many people in our region as possible.

  • Missoula Food Bank and Community Center  PHC operates a clinic inside the Missoula Food Bank and Community Center. This partnership brings tremendous benefit to the community by pairing access to healthy food with access to high-quality healthcare under the same roof.

  • Missoula County Public Schools
    • Lowell Elementary School: PHC operates a clinic directly outside of Lowell Elementary School and provides school-based behavioral health services to students at the school.
    • School-Based Health Services: PHC offers behavioral health services and support to students at schools throughout the county with a Behavioral Health Clinician based right at the school.
  • The Poverello Center   PHC operates a small clinic inside the Poverello Center to provide primary medical support to people experiencing houselessness.

  • Missoula Fire Department  The Fire Department’s Mobile Support Team is housed at and operated by the Missoula Fire Department. The MST includes a Behavioral Health Clinician from Partnership Health Center who assists with response to behavioral health-related calls to 9-1-1.
