Whole-person.

We support mental health, stress, and health-related concerns, such as sleep, diabetes, or quitting smoking.

Our Model of Care

Primary Care Behavioral Health

The Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) model supports both your mental and physical health as part of your primary care. It may feel different than traditional therapy or counseling you have had before. Like your medical care at PHC, you may see different behavioral health clinicians who work together to support your care. If you need more specialized care than we provide in primary care, we will help connect you with the right resources. Our goal is to address concerns early and help you stay healthy over time.

Affordable Healthcare for All

Cost should never be a barrier to care. We use a sliding fee scale to adjust charges for care based on your household income (in other words, if you make less, you pay less.) Call us at (406) 258-4789 or click the link below to learn more about our commitment to serving all people, regardless of ability to pay.

*No-Show and Cancellation Policy

Because behavioral health appointments are in high demand, we request that you give at least 23 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.  We find for patients with consistent appointment no-shows or cancellations it is best to move to a same-day appointment.  Your healthcare team will discuss this with you if this option appears to be the right fit.
