Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your care may cost. The goal of this service is price transparency based on the closest expected cost of the appointment or procedure type.
You do not need a scheduled appointment to receive a Good Faith Estimate.
Good Faith Estimates are only available for patients who do not have health insurance coverage. Patients with insurance are encouraged to speak with their insurance provider about coverage of services.
Medication Assistance Program
For established patients, a Medication Assistance Program (MAP) and other grant-based financial assistance programs are offered. Please contact PHC Pharmacy at (406) 258-4139 for medication assistance.
