What I can help with:
I can help students with peer and family relationships, behaviors at home or school, stress, anxiety, anger, depression, grief, and adjusting to changes. I also specialize in autism support in the school setting. I offer individual, group and family therapy using approaches that include cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, attachment theory, and person-centered therapy.
I believe behavioral health services are most helpful when care is planned collaboratively with students and families and reflects each family’s unique goals and values.
