Behavioral Health Clinicians at PHC provide compassionate care for a wide range of life challenges.

I support patients in identifying behavioral health goals and then co-create a plan for treatment. Increasing insight into how past experiences influence present day relationships and behaviors is often central to our journey. Alongside developing awareness, we also work together to learn effective and safe coping strategies to help break unhealthy patterns and reduce emotional pain.
