Children and Communication

Open to parents/guardians and their children in kindergarten through 5th grade.

This workshop is split into two interactive sections that will occur at the same time. In the parent/guardian group, we will learn and practice tools for understanding behavior and communicating more effectively with children. During the same time, the children’s group will learn and practice tools for emotion awareness, communication, and self-regulation. Facilitated by Torrye Hart, LCSW, Sarah LaZerte, SWLC, and Brock Belgarde, LCSW

Tuesdays | 4:45 PM – 6:00 PM
(available June – August)

Walk-in Wednesdays

This is a great, low barrier option if you feel like you need help in between scheduled appointments, if you are feeling like it is too long before your first appointment, or if you find it easier to get support on a drop-in, as-needed basis. Topics will vary by the week and may include interventions for stress/anxiety, interpersonal challenges, feeling down or unmotivated, and more! Facilitated by Torrye Hart, LCSW and Lex Peel, SWLC

Wednesdays | 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Exploring Identity & Self-Worth

Participants will have the opportunity to gain insight into their relationships, build self-esteem and confidence, and share real-life experiences in a welcoming and understanding environment. Led by Kaycie Soper, LCSW.

Thursdays | 3:30 – 4:30 PM
