We are writing to inform you about an upcoming change. Beginning January 1st, 2025, Dr. Atarah Sidey will no longer be providing care at PHC’s Food Bank Clinic. Instead, she and her medical team (Becca and Izzy) will be seeing patients at the new PHC Watershed Clinic, located just up the road on Mullan. The same team of people and same clinical organization, but at a different location.

Importantly, if you wish to continue seeing Dr. Sidey as a patient, you are welcome to do so at this new location:

Dr. Sidey is hoping to discuss this change personally with as many patients as possible, but we also want to make sure you have this information in writing.

We understand that your choice of a healthcare provider is personal and important.
