Greetings from Partnership Health Center!

I am writing to let you know about an upcoming change. Beginning on January 1, 2025, I will no longer provide care full-time at the Seeley Clinic. This was not a personal decision but rather due to structural changes at Partnership Health Center, and it is with a heavy heart that I reach out to tell you this. I have enjoyed being your doctor and will miss my Seeley patients greatly.

I will continue providing care full-time at our Creamery Building located at 401 W. Railroad St., Missoula, MT 59802. I am also excited to be able to continue to provide OB/prenatal care at the Seeley Clinic one day per month. For OB patients, Seeley staff can assist in scheduling visits for your ongoing care.

For all other patients, I would be thrilled to continue seeing you as my patient at the Creamery clinic in Missoula. Telehealth visits will be available when appropriate. Our staff is happy to assist you in transitioning care to the Creamery clinic if desired. Alternatively, if you want to continue with primary medical services in Seeley Lake, call (406) 677-2277 to schedule an appointment with Lynne Rogers, FNP-C.
