Greetings from Partnership Health Center!

I am writing to let you know about an upcoming change. Beginning on January 1, 2025, I will no longer provide care full-time at the Seeley Clinic. This was not a personal decision but rather due to structural changes at Partnership Health Center, and it is with a heavy heart that I reach out to tell you this. While I’ve only been coming to Seeley for less than a year, I have quickly formed close bonds with my patients here. I have enjoyed being your doctor and will miss my Seeley patients greatly.

I will continue providing care full-time at our Creamery Building located at 401 W. Railroad St., Missoula, MT 59802. I would be thrilled to continue seeing you as my patient at the Creamery clinic in Missoula. Telehealth visits with me will be available when appropriate for your health need. Our staff is happy to assist you in transitioning care to the Creamery clinic if desired.
