Good Faith Estimate
No Insurance? Not Filing a Claim?
Overview
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your care may cost.
You do not need to have a scheduled appointment to receive a Good Faith Estimate.
We believe in barrier-free access to healthcare. We also believe in price transparency. The goal of the Good Faith Estimate is price transparency based on the closest expected cost of the appointment/procedure type.
We also offer a sliding fee scale for approved applicants and payment plan options for everyone.
Your Good Faith Estimate
The Good Faith Estimate we provide…
- Will include the total expected cost for any items or services provided, including tests and prescription drugs
- Will be given to you in writing or published to your patient portal at least one business day before your appointment
- If sent by mail, estimates will be postmarked at least one day before your appointment. Delivery may be delayed due to carrier constraints
- If sent by mail, estimates will be postmarked at least one day before your appointment. Delivery may be delayed due to carrier constraints
At Partnership Health Center, we believe cost should never be a barrier to care. If you receive a bill that is at least $400.00 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
