Important Notice:
Beginning January 1st, 2025, medical services will no longer be provided at this location. Dr. Atarah Sidey and her medical team will be seeing patients at the new PHC Watershed Clinic, located at 2200 Mullan Rd. Ste A.
If you are interested in continuing care with Dr. Sidey at this new location, please call 406-258-4789 to schedule your next appointment. PHC is accepting new patients at our Creamery Building location in downtown Missoula. We would love to continue or begin providing your primary medical care.
Dental services will continue at this location.
