Phone Hours
During regular clinic hours our support staff is available by phone. Staff will communicate patient concerns and questions to healthcare providers, and providers will get back to patients at their earliest opportunity.
Outside of regular hours and on weekends or holidays, our answering service can take and forward non-urgent messages or forward calls to on-call providers who will assist patients with urgent needs.

Phone Tree
When calling the PHC main line (258-4789), callers will be provided with the following options to direct their call.
Press 1 for medical services
Press 2 for the pharmacy
Press 3 for dental services
Press 4 for behavioral health counseling services
Press 5 if you are a provider or hospital calling, or for passport authorization
Press 6 for financial assistance or billing
Press 7 for medical records
Press 8 for hours and locations
