As of April 2025, PHC now uses MyChart as our official patient portal.
MyChart, powered by Epic, is a secure, easy-to-use tool that gives you access to your health information anytime, anywhere. Whether you’re managing appointments, checking test results, or communicating with your Care Team, MyChart puts everything you need in one convenient place.
What is MyChart?
MyChart is a secure, easy-to-use online tool that puts your health information at your fingertips—anytime, anywhere. You can access MyChart online in your browser or through the MyChart app on iOS and Android devices.
With MyChart, you can:
- Schedule and manage appointments
- View your test results as soon as they’re available
- Securely message your Care Team
- Request prescription refills
- Pay Medical, Dental, and Behavioral Health bills online—even as a guest

Visit the MyChart login page to log in securely or reset your password. You can also use the “Pay As Guest” feature to pay your bill without creating an account.

Legacy Portal Transition
Before our transition to MyChart, PHC patients used a different portal to manage their care. Now, MyChart is your go-to place for scheduling, messaging your Care Team, viewing new records, and more.
The Legacy Patient Portal / Healow App is still available for a limited time so you can view past information that may not yet be transferred to the new system, like older visit summaries or lab results. However:
- Messages sent through the Legacy Portal or Healow App will not be received.
- To reach your Care Team, please use MyChart or call our main line at (406) 258-4789.
We’re in the final stretch of this transition, and the legacy portal will be retired later this year. After that, all portal access will go through MyChart—your new home for managing your care online.
