PHC workshops are led by our Behavioral Health Clinicians and offer a supportive place to learn and practice skills. Call us to learn more, find the location, and enroll. Enrollment is required before attending.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Learn how thoughts, feelings, and actions are connected. This workshop explores how CBT can apply to everyday life and provides opportunities to practice useful skills.

Coping Through the Creative Process
Use art and creative expression to cope with depression and other challenges. This workshop teaches skills to help identify, tolerate, and manage difficult emotions.

Life Skills: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Build skills for navigating everyday life and relationships. This workshop focuses on communication, challenging situations, and managing emotions.
Thursdays, 4:00 pm
Mindfulness
Develop a stronger mind-body connection. This workshop teaches skills to help manage stress, anxiety, depression, and chronic pain.

Seeking Safety: Healing Trauma
Build safer ways to cope with trauma and difficult experiences. This workshop teaches practical, present-focused skills and may be especially helpful for people who use substances or other unsafe behaviors to cope.

Build skills to support recovery and sobriety. This workshop covers coping strategies, managing cravings, recovery support, and relapse prevention.

Support Through Grief
Find support as you process and move through grief. This workshop offers a safe space to honor loss through self-expression, reflection, and healthy coping strategies.
