About Workshops at PHC
Partnership Health Center is proud to offer a variety of group workshops hosted by our providers and staff. For more information about these workshops, please call our main line.
Prism
This group provides a supportive space for individuals exploring personal identity, self-expression, and interpersonal dynamics. Participants will gain insight into their relationships, build self-esteem and confidence, and share real-life experiences in a welcoming and understanding environment.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Looks at how our thoughts, feelings, and actions all interact with each other. Time will be spent learning about the main components of CBT, how it applies to our lives, and practicing various skills.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Learn how to communicate better with others, help oneself through challenging situations, be more present with decision making, and build stronger emotion regulation skills. We offer separate groups for teens and adults.
Mindfulness
Develop a deeper mind-body connection and learn coping skills to manage stress, anxiety, depression, and chronic pain.
Sobriety Skills
These meetings will cover coping skills, recovery support, help with cravings, and relapse prevention.
Living Well with Chronic Pain
We’ll teach skills and tools to help manage your pain and live a more fulfilling life.
