DESCRIPTION:PHC patients and their family’s or loved ones are welcome to join us at our monthly Patient-Family Advisory Council on the last Friday of every month. We provide lunch\, you provide feedback and insights to help us best support both patients! \nThis month’s meeting: \n\nFriday\, May 31st from 12pm – 1pm – lunch provided!\nLocation: PHC Creamery Building at 401 Railroad Ave. West in the Weinberg Conference Room.\n\nJoin us for a presentation from S.J. Howell of Montana Women Vote about Medicaid in Montana. MWV will discuss the ‘big picture’ of how Medicaid impacts the health and well-being of Montana\, the history of Medicaid in our state and the future of this program.  Montana Women Vote will also discuss the importance of personal stories about Medicaid\, and how those stories can shape the future of Medicaid in Montana.

If you are trying to re-enroll in Medicaid (or if you are just trying to get health insurance coverage) and need help determining next steps\, this event is for you! \nWho will be there to help me? Expert Medicaid and marketplace staff from Partnership Health Center\, Cover Montana\, and All Nations Health Center. \nWhat Should I bring? Bring any paperwork you have about your Medicaid or Healthy Montana Kids. This paperwork can help event staff guide you on your next steps. \nWill Lunch be Provided? Yes! \n  \nWhat can this event help with? \n\nCompleting Re-determination paperwork\nMarketplace Applications\nIdentify if you qualify for presumptive enrollment\nDetermine if you could benefit from requesting a Fair Hearing Process\n\n  \nImportant Notes! \n\nSome patients may still need to go to the Office of Public Assistance.\nEvent staff will NOT be able to provide an update on the status of your application if you have submitted paperwork for the redetermination phase. HOWEVER\, if you submitted re-determination paperwork over 45 days ago\, you may benefit from the Fair Hearing Process. Event staff can explain and support you to initiate that process.
